Je FamLane-account verwijderen

In de app (direct)

1. Open FamLane en ga naar Instellingen.
2. Tik op Account verwijderen en bevestig.

Zonder de app

Stuur een mail naar support@famlane.com vanaf het e-mailadres waarmee je inlogt, met als onderwerp "Account verwijderen". We verwijderen je account binnen 30 dagen en laten het je weten.

Wat er gebeurt

• Verwijderd: je account, je naam en e-mailadres, je Google Agenda-koppeling en de agendagegevens die daarmee zijn opgehaald. FamLane trekt ook de toegang tot je Google-account in.
• Blijft bestaan voor de andere ouder: gedeelde gezinsgegevens, zoals de kinderen en hun activiteiten, zolang de andere ouder een account heeft.
• Ben je de enige ouder in het gezin, dan wordt ook het hele gezin met alle activiteiten verwijderd.

Wil je alleen je Google Agenda loskoppelen? Dat kan in de app of via je Google-account.

Delete your FamLane account

In the app (immediately)

1. Open FamLane and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@famlane.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete account". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What happens

• Deleted: your account, your name and email address, your Google Calendar connection and the calendar data retrieved through it. FamLane also revokes its access to your Google Account.
• Kept for the other parent: shared family data, such as the children and their activities, for as long as the other parent has an account.
• If you are the only parent in the family, the whole family and all its activities are deleted too.

Only want to disconnect Google Calendar? You can do that in the app or via your Google Account.
